You must understand that registration in our partnership program stipulates that
you automatically accept the following terms and conditions!

1. We work as a partnership program and pay 50% (fifty percent) of all types of transactions. If the subscriber requires a refund or a chargeback, 50% of the transaction's cost will be withdrawn from you. Besides you are responsible for 50% of the penalty the processing company levies on a chargeback.
2. If you get more than 50 subscriptions of any type during one pay period, your percentage will be higher in the next pay period:
   
   
   • 50-99 subscriptions in a pay period - 55% of all the subscriptions;
   • 100-149 subscriptions in a pay period – 60% of all the subscriptions;
   • 150-199 subscriptions in a pay period – 65% of all the subscriptions;
   • 200 and more subscriptions in a pay period – 70% of all the subscriptions.
   
   To raise the percentage for the next pay period, please, contact the support service.
   Attention: If you get less than 50 subscriptions during the next pay period, the percent stake will be reduced to 50% again.
3. You can refer other webmasters to our partnership program. In this case you will get 10% of all the income of the webmaster you referred.
   Attention: You cannot refer yourself as an affiliate. If it occurs, your account will be suspended.
4. All the transactions are paid with a 14 days delay.
5. You get paid on the 5th and 19th day of every month in case your balance equals to or exceeds $75.00 (seventy-five dollars). For wire transfers this amount is $150 (one hundred and fifty dollars).
6. All payments are made only in US dollars.
7. The cost of a wire transfer is $25.00, webmoney transfer - 4% of the amount, check transfer - $5.00, fethard transfer - 1% of the amount, epassporte transfer - 1% (minimum $3.00) of the amount.
8. You can get a prepayment and/or a payment even if your balance is below $75.00. But in this case you will be deducted 10% (but it can't be less than $10) from the amount of the payment.
9. Advertising our sites through unsolicited mass mailing (SPAM) is forbidden.
10. Advertising our sites using stolen traffic (TGP-redirecting) is forbidden.
11. Advertising our sites through resources with illegal content (child porn, zoo, rape), harmful programs (viruses and exploits) or any content prohibited by US Law is forbidden.
12. Usage of stolen information for advertising of our sites is forbidden.
